Article 1 Scope

These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and users concerning use of the service. Any individual rules, additional provisions, or usage guidelines posted on the service form part of these Terms.

Article 2 Services

The service consists of product planning, OEM/ODM development and manufacturing introductions, import/export support, crowdfunding planning support, e-commerce operation support, brand development support, related information, and other services. Details are specified on the relevant pages, quotations, or contracts.

Article 3 Account Registration

Some functions may require account registration or other procedures, including newsletters, inquiry forms, crowdfunding pre-orders, and customer management for business partners. We may suspend an account if the registration information is false or incomplete.

Article 4 Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following conduct when using the service.

• Conduct that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Conduct that infringes the intellectual property, portrait, privacy, reputation, or other rights of us or any third party
• Reproducing, reposting, distributing, or publicly transmitting information obtained through the service without permission from the rights holder
• Conduct that interferes with, or may interfere with, the operation or provision of the service
• Registering accounts, purchasing products, or contacting us using false information, including impersonation
• Using the service for commercial purposes without our authorization
• Analyzing the source code of the service by reverse engineering or other means

Article 5 Intellectual Property

All text, images, video, audio, software, and other intellectual property on the service belongs to us or the lawful rights holders. Users may not reproduce, publicly transmit, adapt, distribute, or otherwise use such intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Article 6 Disclaimer

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses arising from interruption, suspension or modification of the service, loss of data, the accuracy or currency of information, the quality of paid products or projects, or other matters related to the service. We are also not responsible for disputes between users or between users and third parties arising through the service.

Article 7 Links to Third-party Services

The service may contain links to other websites, applications, or social media. We do not warrant or endorse the linked services, content, products, or transactions. Use linked services at your own responsibility and in accordance with their terms and applicable laws.

Article 8 Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted on the service. Material changes will be announced in advance, and continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes arising between us and users in connection with the service.
